Woke up at about 8 then prepare go interview at halliburton at tuas.
Ulu like hell. T.T
Den after that, i lost my certificate. like so stupid. zzz...
but found it back eventually and left for tuas.
So i sat the bus and asked the driver where is this place.
AND GREAT! he dont know, zzz...
So i just sit lor. sit until i saw but like super long liao still didnt see. :x
Then i alight cos the driver say after this stop is tuas alr. lol!
So left me alone at the ulu expressway bus stop. T.T
with only one bus in the bus stop. LUCKY!
My agent called me and say i alight early by 7 stops. :X
Ahh, lucky i found it in the end.
So i went into the company, everyone was looking at me man.
Shucks, freak the hell outta me and i called someone to loosen my nerves.
Phew~ thanks man! haha!
so i went into the lobby, you can drop jaws man. the lobby super classy.
HAHA, went up and saw the manager in a meeting room, scary dao~ LOL!
It was kinda ok la. :)

Women are like waves
She goes up and down in her well.

When a woman goes into her well, she is consciously sinking into her unconscious self, into the darkness.

She suddenly feels a host of unexplained emotions and vague feeling.

She feels hopeless, thinking she is all alone and unsupported.

But if she reaches the bottom of the well, she feels great again and be her loving and caring self.
When her wave is at the bottom, men should understand and care when she needs at times, otherwise he will make unreasonable demands.

In a relationship, men pull back and then get close,
While women rise and fall in their ability to love
themselves and others.

A man would assume that her sudden change of mood is based on him and may feel extremely frustrated. When women is down, don’t try to fix it or explained it.
A story goes like this.

A man don’t understand his wife as for weeks she is the most amazing woman ever. Then suddenly she feels overwhelmed and start deproving the man. Its not the man fault that she is unhappy. The man explain to her but they get into bigger fights.

Like many man, he makes mistakes by pulling the woman back and not let it settle down. When woman crash, instead of listening to her with caring and warmth, he would usually bring her back up with explanation and why she should not be so upset and make demands not to be so upset. What she needs when she is down is not someone telling her why she shouldn’t be down but listen to her and shares her feeling, empathize with her. Even if man don’t understand why she feels overwhelmed, he can offer his love, attention and support.

Alot of work suddenly tday. Busy die me. T.T

When men feels stressed, he will go into his cave and lets nobody in.
and hence woman should leave him alone.
However, most women wont know and thus feels panic.
Because men pulls away without any explanation .
she panics and run after him as she thought she done smth wrong or afraid he’ll never be back.
To make matter worse, she feel powerless to get him back because she don’t know what turns him off.
She doesn’t know that this is just part of his intimacy cycle.
And since women feel that talking to her men and asking about their problem is an act of love and care.
But men would want them to leave him alone so that he can relax and solve their own problem.
When she asks him whats the matter or talks about it. He doesn’t have a clear ans and so he resist talking about it. He just continues to distance her more.

Why men and women doubt their love.
W/o an understanding of this cycle. It is easy how men and women begin to doubt their love. She could easily assume that he didn’t love her anymore. Without the chance of didn’t get pulled away. He could easily thinks he don’t love her anymore.
After learning that, women should let man have their space. But most women just run after them. And so men pull away when women get closer cos she’s feels lost. Its part of nature. Men tends to pull away and come back like a rubber band. Thus women should just do other things to distract herself instead of wanting to know what turns him off.

Just trust your man. however, man should in turn cooperates and giving what a women needs.

Anw, what i wrote is all kinda abt how women should understand man, cos im a women. haha! i skipped how man should treat women. haha! in case you think women should always be the one giving and that the one in the wrong or smth. ha!

in addition, women should also understand that man's scoring points and women scoring point is different. man give themselves points by 10, 20 ans 30. while women give points by 1, 2, 3.
For example when a men text a woman when he's busy. he may give himselves 10 points. however, woman would only give one point.
knowging the difference, woman should understand small little things men do and be appreciative. :)

Basically, its says that man, the Martians value power, competency, efficiency and achievements.

While women are emotional creatures who cares about love and values.
They are more concerned about harmony, community rather than work.


This makes men and women different.
Want to stay tgt. Both parties must first know the differences.


The most common mistakes is that the girl wants the guy to be what they want and samewise for the guy. ITS NORMAL. So prevent us from communicating lovingly and about our differences.


We mistakenly assume that if our partners love us they will react when and behave in certain ways – the ways we react and behave when we love someone.


Falling in love is always magical. With the best and most loving intentions love cont to dies when daily life emerges.
We become demanding, resentful, judgement and intolerant.
The resentment builds.
Communication breaks down.
Mistrust increases.
Rejection repression result.
The magic of love is lost.


When men and women are able to respect and accept their differences then love has a chance to blossom.


Thus we must always remember our differences.
Mens are competent and sees on efficiency.
Thus mens always want to find solutions and if they find one, they stick with it.
Like machine is not spoilt what for change?
HOWEVER, woman are different.
They likes changes and they tends to give advises because they feel changing one is a form of love.
But they do not realize they offend their mates. Do not give advises if not a man will feel there are incompetent.


Women are emotional creatures.
They likes to speak up and says what they need.
and if a woman encounter a problem, she tends to talk to her mates cos she only wants her mates to LISTEN.
However after listening, guys would be forming some kinda formula to help her. But more problems, the guys will not be able to solve all of them. Now guys feel irritated while woman too cos….. woman only wants to be heared and mayb a hug?
But guys keep giving solns which woman cant listen. Yup.
